This rosé-colored Sekt offers an absolutely stunning and hugely “Champagne-like” nose made of berries and subtle floral (rose petal) elements. It is beautifully firm and precise on the palate where the subtle fruity and herbal elements are gorgeously enhanced by a superbly integrated and playful mousse. There is a hint of “natural” funk in the aftertaste but this just adds to the complexity and beauty of this amazing Sekt. Its just perfect for an aperitif.
