To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Products on www.aprilfirst.de are sold on a first come first served basis.
Your item is not reserved once you add to cart. Once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.
If the item you are interested is out of stock, please get in touch with us about restock.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

3. DUTIES AND TAXES
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing.
Prices shown on our website are in Euros, and include all applicable taxes for Germany 19% VAT (Value-Added Tax). In case you are based outside of the European Union, these taxes do not apply to you. Based on your location, import duties and taxes apply. We do not cover shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred for the delivery of the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer. The total price will therefore vary from the originally stated price based on your location, shipping and other additional costs. The customer is informed of these additional costs during the order process and before the final validation of the order.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
APRIL FIRST will accept returns for domestic orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
At this time all international orders are final sale.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Please, use the enclosed exchange & return form, indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason why and insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
otherwise the original shipping container or similar damage-resistant packaging should be used to prevent damage to the original product packaging.
Close the package securely and drop it off at any post office.
Once we have received the package, we will let you know and confirm receipt.
All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase).
GENERAL RETURN POLICY DETAILS
Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for national and international returns, and any duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be non refundable.
APRIL FIRST reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
